Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Leverage your leadership skills to explain the why behind program initiatives, define the benefits to enable support, champion the change curve, utilize data to ensure effective implementation, and be a role model to engage all• The Asset Protection Leader will work closely with the Director of Enterprise Security in supporting the development of the program, but will be primarily focused on implementing and executing the program within our facilities | Support should include training, protocol coaching, site assessments and improvement plans, recognition, and other actions to drive a culture of safety in each location |
